The Practice has invested in the latest technology
and means of communication maintains a high
standard of premises with conference facilities
and Internet availability for clients needing to
access the Internet at the office or whilst waiting
to be seen. It also enjoys similar faciltities in
London and throughout the UK for conferences
with clients.

THE MEANING OF “ASSOCIATES”

The Practice has established associations with
other Practices and Barristers Chambers to ensure
that it can offer a wide-range of services,
generally able to deal with most aspects
of national and international
law. However, the Practice appreciates that there
is now a need for specialisation.

BUILDING SOCIETY PANELS

The Practice is on a number of Building Society
Panels, and although we limit the extent to
which we undertake domestic conveyancing, as
set out above,will often be of an advantage to a
purchaser,both in terms of the speed with which
the transaction can be completed and reducing
the costs involved.

HIGHER COURT ADVOCATES

The Practice is able to offer highly experienced
and specialised advocacy services in all Courts
throughout England and Wales,including the
Court of Appeal,House of Lords and European
Court of Human Rights, as the principal of the
practice enjoys equal status with Barristers and
the Bar.

PRIVATE AND PUBLICLY FUNDED WORK

In respect of criminal litigation, the Practice
undertakes both private and publicly funded
(legal aid) instructions.

MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE -
PRO BONA WORK (FREE SERVICE)

In exceptional cases where we believe a serious
miscarriage of justice has occurred and where
the person concerned or their family are unable
to pay or are not eligible for legal aid,we will
provide ourservices without charge for
investigating and representing those concerned.
